Why we built Remote Ones.

We built Remote Ones after 15+ years leading HR for remote and distributed teams through growth, M&A and new pay transparency rules. Along the way, we kept seeing the same pattern: companies with 100–600 people had complex people challenges, but not the senior capacity to solve them. Our point of view is simple: you shouldn’t have to choose between messy spreadsheets, over‑buying tools or adding a permanent headcount you’re not sure you can justify.
